The Undertaker is an American professional wrestler signed to WWE. He is the company's most tenured performer, and he's also the only remaining active competitor from the very first episode of WWE Raw in 1993. Calaway began his wrestling career with World Class Championship Wrestling (WCCW) in 1984. In 1990, Calaway signed with the World Wrestling Federation and The Undertaker was born. The rest, as they say, was history!

Taker In Mexico – Results, Pics and Videos

    Taker Arriving: https://twitter.com/RodrigoAznar/status/655166962125803520/photo/1?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw

WWE posted this small clip of Taker’s entrance: http://wrestlinginc.com/wi/news/2015/1017/602778/wwe-nxt-diva-using-her-real-name/

Nice view of him removing his hat: http://wrestlinginc.com/wi/news/2015/1016/602772/photos-and-video-the-undertaker-returns-to-the-ring/

P.S. The above link has a lot of pics of Taker too.

    * A promo from The Undertaker aired to promote his match tonight.

    * Kane and The Undertaker defeated Luke Harper and Braun Strowman. Big pops for Taker and Kane for their entrances. Kane was beat down most of the match. Taker got a beer while on the apron, chugged it and rallied for the tag. He came in and went at it with Harper, kind of botching Snake Eyes. Harper took a DDT and a leg drop but kicked out at 2. Taker chokeslammed him but turned around to Braun coming back in. Kane came to assist and they tried for a double chokeslam but he fought them off. He hit the ropes but Kane and Taker dumped him to the floor. Taker turned around to a chokeslam from Harper. Harper dumped Kane to the floor but turned around and got caught in Hell’s Gate, tapping out to end the match. Taker and Kane posed under a spotlight to end the match

Not that Taker always has to be the closing match, in fact knowing how he puts business first and ahead of himself, he probably would not want to always close out shows, but since this is Taker’s first live event in 2 years and his Mexico appearances are rarer than in US appearances, plus the fact that this is the first time the Brothers Of Destruction have been together since RAW 1,000 in 2013, I figured this match would close out the show. Surprised it didn’t. If I had to guess why, I assume it’s either because Braun Strowman, who’s still green is in the match. If it was Bray Wyatt, maybe it’d have closed the show. Or Taker wanted to leave Mexico to get home to his family. And if the latter is true, it’s possible he requested the match to happen when it did.

As for the beer chugging, I honestly thought his beer days were over. But I guess it’s just a rarity for him now. Nothing wrong with that. He probably used it to cool off as wrestlers are usually sweating during and after matches.

Enjoy the pics and video clips.

Taker is scheduled for tonight’s show in Mexico too, I’m not sure he’ll appear though. He might have flown home, dunno though. Guess we’ll find out.

Undertaker and Kane did team up on Raw 22 april 2013! So they have teamed up togheter after Raw 1,000

    • Anan on October 18th, 2015 says:

I thought he flew home. But he did compete on tonight’s show. It was Taker and Kane against Harper and Strowman again. I’ll have results up. I don’t see any pics or videos though to post.

That’s true. I didn’t count that because that match included Daniel Bryan as part of their team. It was really Taker teaming up with the Team Hell No combination of Kane and Bryan. Either way, Taker and Kane were not the two man BOD that night.

Some sites are guessing Taker v. Strowman at Wrestlemania 32. I have to shake my head and ask why? What the hell are these site writers smoking? Strowman is way too green. He’s a powerhouse for sure since he is a powerlifter, and a former strongman competitor but his skills are awful. He’s a stiff. It shows in the video of the tag matches from Mexico.

    • Anan on October 20th, 2015 says:

Yep. That’s why his single matches and his participation in tags are as short as they are. His finisher is a chokehold. He could become something good in time, but that is up to him. Right now, you’re right in saying he’s green and regarding a match with Taker at WM32, too green.

You asked what those site writers are thinking. Only they know the definitive answer to that. If you want my thoughts though, I think they believe since Taker had a match at WM9 with Giant Gonzalez, that it’s ok for Taker to work with Strowman since Taker’s been in the ring with limited or green talent before. What they don’t get is Taker vs Gonzalez was way back in 1993, different time, different era. As bad as it was back then, such things will not work now. On top of that, Taker’s not young so he doesn’t have many years left. Why waste what is probably one of the last few WM’s he has left on green-ness, especially when there’s a ton of talent he can actually compete with? Can’t count out Sting till he retires. Jericho can always return. Then there’s Cena, Seth Rollins. There’s four great options right there. And there’s more.
