Looks like this is gonna be a tough decision

    • Anan on December 18th, 2015 says:

This will include my personal picks, but also who I think will win. And who I think will win is based on what I feel WWE will rig. These awards like articles WWE publishes are to further push/market someone or something.

Superstar of the Year: Seth Rollins. He’s had such a great year, I’ll be shocked if he doesn’t win. They may give it to Roman Reigns as he just won the World Title and didn’t have such a bad year himself honestly.

“This is Awesome!” Moment of the Year: The Rock & Rousey could win. Orton’s RKO on Rollins could too though I don’t see it as too likely. Picking The Divas Revolution.

Double-Cross of the Year: Paige attacks Charlotte and Becky Lynch. That has a good chance, I think of winning. But so does Jon Stewart attacking Cena.

Match of the Year: I don’t know. All are worthy of the award and all have a great shot at winning. Gonna pick Taker vs Lesnar.

Rivalry of the Year: Taker vs Lesnar. I think either Taker vs Lesnar or Reigns vs Wyatt is gonna win.

Surprise Return of the Year: I’m picking The Dudley Boyz. But I hope Sting’s return on the same night wins. I think Del Rio’s return is gonna end up winning though.

Best Original WWE Network Show: Tough one. I like WWE 24 and Stone Cold Podcast. Since I have to pick one, going with WWE 24. I’m surprised WWE Rivalries, Countdown and Wrestlemania Rewind aren’t on the list. It might be Breaking Ground that wins as that focuses on the future talent, which NXT does too.

‘OMG!’ Shocking Moment of the Year: Seth Rollins MITB cash-in at WM has a strong chance of winning. Sheamus’ cash in does too. But I’m picking Lucha Dragons/Kalisto.

Extreme Moment of the Year: Picking the Taker/Lesnar brawl. Harper’s powerbomb on Ambrose and Neville’s dive off the ladder were sick enough to warrant either of them getting this award. Rollins breaking Cena’s nose has a good chance of getting the nod. I think Reigns beating up HHH will win though.

Tag Team of the Year: The New Day. I can’t see how they won’t win. Too entertaining, too over to lose out here. Based on how they’ve been booked and their performance though, Lucha Dragons have to be second as far as chances of winning.

Celebrity Moment of the Year: Stephen Amell dives onto Stardust. I see that winning with Amell accepting via video.

Hashtag of the Year: I pick #GIVEDIVASACHANCE and actually think that will win.

“Tell Me You Didn’t Just Say That” Moment of the Year: Paige ruins Charlotte’s Title celebration. I really hope and think this wins.

Best John Cena US. Open Challenge: Another though one because I enjoyed them all. But I pick Cena Vs. Cesaro 7/6. But I see either Ambrose (more likely) or Neville (less likely) will win.

LOL! Moment of the Year: Either New Day nominees are gonna win. But I’m picking their dance with Steph & HHH as that had me laughing. HHH is a better dancer than I thought he’d be considering his profession all these years LOL.

Diva of the Year: They might give it to Nikki Bella as a way to sell her long Divas Title run and also as a way for her to return, even if in a non wrestling role. I want Sasha Banks to win, but WWE haven’t given her anything to do lately that really warrants this award. If NXT is taken into account, then she has a chance. But I don’t know that it is. I feel this is really a main roster exclusive. NXT has no awards category here. Also want Paige to win. But honestly it could and I think it will be Charlotte. Picking her because I think she’s most likely to win.

Breakout Star of the Year: Charoltte has a very good shot at winning as she’s had a breakout year. But I’m picking Kevin Owens as he’s had a breakout year too without question. First night on the main roster, he interrupts Cena, then beats him cleanly in his man roster debut match.

The Hero in All of Us Award: No idea what this is. Thinking it might be those social projects WWE does – Make-A-Wish, Connor’s Cure, Susan B Comen, Be A Star, etc. If that is so, all are worthy as they’re great causes. But for historical and achievement purposes, going with Make-A-Wish.
