Quick Bio

The Undertaker is an American professional wrestler signed to WWE. He is the company's most tenured performer, and he's also the only remaining active competitor from the very first episode of WWE Raw in 1993. Calaway began his wrestling career with World Class Championship Wrestling (WCCW) in 1984. In 1990, Calaway signed with the World Wrestling Federation and The Undertaker was born. The rest, as they say, was history!

    Jim Ross On Booking Shane McMahon Vs. Undertaker

    Shane McMahon returning and facing The Undertaker at WrestleMania:

    “Honestly, I was shocked to see him back. You learn early on in this business to never say never, especially in this case because the bloodline runs too deep. The match itself won’t be Ric Flair vs. Ricky Steamboat or “Stone Cold” vs. The Rock, but it won’t be Dada 5000 vs. Kimbo Slice, either. If your expectations aren’t unreasonable, it will be great match. There will be big spots, crash and burns and things like that. I think the storyline of Shane not losing his place in the McMahon lineage is great. You can really make this an interesting story.”

    source: Yahoo! Sports

    JR summed this up great. He’s accurate in saying this won’t resemble a Steamboat-Flair (or Steamboat-Savage for that matter), Austin-Rock or those kinds of matches. Remains to be seen if it’ll be a “great match.” Considering the crash & burn big bump sports Shane’s known for, it’ll at least be a stunt fest from his side and Taker will give the usual Taker performance.

      Hmm I feel a sneaky ambition

    • Taker's #1 fan on March 18th, 2016 says:

      Try to sell it as much as you want, WWE & others – its a waste of a match facing a non-Wrestler.

      Shows how much Taker’s WM record has lost value after the Streak getting broken if after the likes of Shawn Michaels, HHH, CM Punk and Brock Lesnar, he has to face Shane McMahon..

    • Anan on March 18th, 2016 says:

      @Taker’s #1 fan:

      Like it or not it’s happening. If you don’t like and if you feel how you feel about it, don’t watch it. You’re saying it doesn’t make sense before the match even took place.

      What wouldn’t make sense is leaving Taker off WM when:
      1. He’s looking healthier now.
      2. He’s a top draw.
      3. With so many injuries, they can use the star power he brings now more than ever for their biggest show.
      4. People watch and care about his match seemingly more than anything else on that night.

      Taker vs Shane is better than no Taker at WM. Who else is there on the roster? Everyone else that they could have put against him is busy and of their matches aren’t officially announced it, it’s only a matter of time before they are. I wanted Taker vs Jericho, thinking he’d be done with AJ Styles. I was wrong as they feud is seemingly set to go through WM. It’s a bad decision IMO. Fastlane should have been it for that as great as it was. Jericho should be facing Taker. But WWE opted to not go in that direction. Jericho can still go as can Taker so they can have the match another time.
