The Undertaker is an American professional wrestler signed to WWE. He is the company's most tenured performer, and he's also the only remaining active competitor from the very first episode of WWE Raw in 1993. Calaway began his wrestling career with World Class Championship Wrestling (WCCW) in 1984. In 1990, Calaway signed with the World Wrestling Federation and The Undertaker was born. The rest, as they say, was history!

The Undertaker Back On Two WWE UK Live Events

P.S. Good news for London an Newcastle fans…..

After much back and forth, WWE has confirmed that The Undertaker will be working two dates on the current European tour – the April 19th SmackDown tapings in London and the April 20th live event in Newcastle, according to F4Wonline.com.

Taker had been booked for several dates on the tour, teaming with Kane in tag matches against The Wyatt Family, but he was pulled from all events except for the London and Newcastle shows. It was then reported that Taker was removed from the entire tour but now he’s back on the London and Newcastle events, teaming with Kane to face Braun Strowman and Erick Rowan.

Taker being pulled from dates on this tour added to the speculation that WrestleMania 32 may have been his last match. As noted, Taker told people at the WrestleMania 32 after party that his Hell In a Cell win over Shane McMahon was his last match. No word yet if Taker’s SmackDown appearance will be taped but it’s likely for the live crowd only.

If you purchased a ticket for either the London show, Newcastle show, or both, I say keep them and attend the shows. Looks like he’ll be there. I do think the SD appearance is a live crowd only deal. If anyone attends, send pics and videos!

i cancelled my whole trip to London
i am from Dubai , i was planning to travel just for 2 days only to see the undertaker live , the chance i never had in my life ,,
i did the same thing 2 times before , but couldn’t see him !

1- Nov 2010, but undertaker got injured and i was there and attended raw and smackdown in Manchester but takers wasnt there

April 2011 same thing repeated , I MISSED to see taker once again and i was there in London for raw and smackdown , that was the last of edge we saw ,, i am a big fan of edge so at least i was happy to be there.

tomorrow 15th of april there will be a wwe show in Dubai and will be there , main names are dean , new day , big show , KO and alberto
unfortunately taker is not there for sure
if you need any info or news from this show please let me know how can i help

i cancelled my London trip because i was worried taker might not be there this time too after the we the news he is being pulled from and back in the tour many times ,,

I think it’s quite ridiculous that you cancelled your trip because Taker possibly wouldn’t have been there
I mean it kinda shits on the other talent on the roster.

    • yousif on April 14th, 2016 says:

With all respect to other talents on the roster.
I dont to want to take 8 hours flight . plus trip expenses mostly nonrefundable . To see them ..
This thing happened to me twice and I don’t want it to happen again.

I only want to see the undertaker . And I prefer a 14 hour flight to Orlando US Next year and a guaranteed live show instead of spending for dark show for taker not guaranteed .

    • Anan on April 14th, 2016 says:

I agree with Jess. I understand wanting to see Taker. I attended Summerslam for his match with Lesnar. But I enjoyed the whole show and that would not have changed not Taker not appeared there. The final RAW before WM32, same deal – great show with or without Taker.

To be honest, Like Yousif my fiance only purchased a ticket for my birthday present because she know’s how much of an Undertaker fan I have been since his 1990 debut. She paid £140 for my ticket at the Smackdown show in London next Tuesday. She knew I wouldn’t have been that bothered about going prior to Taker being announced.
Like many I was gutted when the reports of Taker being pulled were released, however I still was going to go to Smackdown as my fiance was not entitled to a refund. Luckily there are now reports that Taker will be at the London show.
However I am still little anxious that he is only being reported as NOW ATTENDING to encourage fans to still attend….I hope once there that there isn’t a Taker no show! Shall see next Tuesday at the show.

    • yousif on April 15th, 2016 says:

Today I attended dunebash. A wwe show here in dubai
Main event was ambrose vs Dolph vs the miz for intercontinental title and of course on this show the winner will be the champion so the miz won .
Aj styles big show alberto kalisto golddust R truth KO sami raibak
Main names on the show .

      Check out

I was there with my 7 years old son . But he is also undertaker fan 🙂
And he was asking me why he is not here durung the show and how much he wanted to see him 🙂
That’s my 7 years old son and I was 9 when taker bebut in 1990
And taker is still on roster
      What a living legend:)

      @Steve, yousif:

Wow. You guys make it sound like Taker owes you and your whole life revolves around Taker, all the while crapping all over the rest of the roster. Taker owes you nothing. Seriously the world is not gonna die and your lives won’t end if you don’t see The Deadman. Do yourselves a favor and get a life.

To those of you who thinking about the UK tour, you’re gonna throw a fit, sell your ticket, not go just because Taker may not be there, that’s your own loss. And don’t put no-show and Taker in the same conversation because Taker doesn’t no-show. If he’s advertised, he shows. If he isn’t advertised or if things change for whatever reason, then it’s up in the air. That’s very different from no-show, No-show is not showing up when you are supposed to. It’s equivalent to cutting class in school, skipping your day job intentionally.

We are die hard FANS 🙂

    • Steve on April 18th, 2016 says:

      To Anan:

It’s not that I would be crapping over the roster pal, I’ve been a fan of WWE since 1988, never missed a Raw, never missed a Smackdown, and always watched EVERY ppv. I was just saying that even after 25 years Taker is the guy that I’d pay £140 to see. I’m a HUGE Taker fan, as I have been since his debut in 1990. When the rumors were going around that he was being pulled from the tour I like many others who have a ticket were disappointed, that’s all.
I would still have gone to the event, I would have just been disappointed.

    • yousif on April 18th, 2016 says:

i totally agree with you @Roy Arkoon
but i am sure @anan didnt mean to insult any one ,

what WE think its quite normal anyway , , and you explained it very well ,,

      Thank you

    • yousif on April 18th, 2016 says:

spending or attending for your fav. ., its very common ,
specially in my case , teh place i live is miles away from where the wrestling shows are talking place ,,

    • Steve on April 18th, 2016 says:

I hate to be the bearer of bad news as I have a ticket myself and I’m GUTTED…..but the O2 arena have just confirmed to me via email that UNDERTAKER WILL NOT BE AT THE SHOW and Shane Mcmahon will be replacing him where as Triple H will replace Taker in Newcastle.

    • Dead Angel on April 18th, 2016 says:

Taker got pulled from the tour?! Oh my god!!! What am I to do with my life since he got pulled?!

I can see why people are pissed but it happens. Get over it.

      We all know the saying:

That goes for every Wrestling show. That is also the risk you take when buying a ticket.

    • Anan on April 19th, 2016 says:

Yep. He’s off the tour entirely. But so what? Doesn’t mean you won’t enjoy the rest of it. You’re paying to attend a show that’s 2 hours or more. Even if Taker was there, he’s not gonna be out there for the entire show. What would you do? Go to see him, leave after he’s done? It’s not you have a magical crystal ball to know when he’d be there so you know when to get to your seat.

Taker doesn’t make NXT appearances, but I enjoyed my live NXT experience from Bklyn. He was not at the post-Summerslam RAW. Guess what? I still went, had a great time!

    • yousif on April 19th, 2016 says:

Enjoying with and without undertaker is different.
And there is a big difference between a fan and a diehard fan

      Thank you …

    • Jess on April 19th, 2016 says:

Anan, I completely agree with you there! I went to NXT Takeover: London and I enjoyed every minute of it. I saw all my favorites (even though I seriously need to catch up with NXT) I enjoyed every match. As much as I’d loved to see Taker some day (I’m doubting he will be at the UK on Sept 7 but there’s always a possibility!!).

Lets say Finn Bálor, one of my favorite wrestlers was taken from the show that night, I would have never left the arena because he wasn’t there, I’d have enjoyed the show. This did actually happen, there was a couple in front of me and they left half way through! I was like, you payed like £60 for a ticket and you leave half way through????????? WHY.

    • Anan on April 20th, 2016 says:

Yeah I mean if they really didn’t wanna go, I think not going because Taker’s not there isn’t a good enough reason to skip the live experience, they can always sell the ticket. Coming here, bitching about him not being there won’t change anything. You’ve been to a live show as have I. So you and I both know the experience. The NXT, Summerslam & RAW I went to last year happened to be a great show. NXT’s the hottest thing right now. It’s the indies of WWE, no longer a developmental. Summerslam usually delivers. Post-PPV’s RAW’s are always great because the crowd’s energy from the PPV carries over. As Summerslam and WM32 have proven, post-PPV’s are better when the PP itself delivered. NXT London was great. Most of not all the TakeOver events are. London doesn’t get WWE as often so when they do, they’re passionate and respectful about it in a way that I wish the US were, but they’re spoiled as they get WWE on a usual basis so they’re more disrespectful than any other country.

If they wanna miss out on the live experience, that’s their choice. But IMO, it’s the wrong choice, especially over Taker’s absence.

    • yousif on April 20th, 2016 says:

i now how much seeing the undertaker is important for me as a fan and i know the presence of the undertaker is different than enjoying NXT for me . or i can say there is no comparison
and i respect what you guys think
