Quick Bio

The Undertaker is an American professional wrestler signed to WWE. He is the company's most tenured performer, and he's also the only remaining active competitor from the very first episode of WWE Raw in 1993. Calaway began his wrestling career with World Class Championship Wrestling (WCCW) in 1984. In 1990, Calaway signed with the World Wrestling Federation and The Undertaker was born. The rest, as they say, was history!

Boxer Ohara Davies Uses Taker’s Theme To Enter The Ring

An article on the Sun on Boxer Ohara Davies using Taker’s Entrance music to enter the ring before his last fight. It’s tongue in cheek in my view but worthy of opinion here as well. Here’s the article below. Click on the Source link at the bottom of the interview to watch an excerpt of Davies walking to the ring using Taker’s theme.

“HE MADE THE SMART MOVE’ Ohara Davies claims WWE legend The Undertaker retired just in time… as he was about to take his crown
Wrestling fan has modelled his ring walk on icon but will mix things up for his commonwealth title bout with Josh Taylor

OHARA DAVIES claims WWE legend The Undertaker retired just in time to avoid being dethroned.

The rising star of British boxing is a huge wrestling fan and modelled his ring walk on the icon.

And ahead of his commonwealth super-lightweight clash with John Taylor next month, ‘Two Tanks’ claims he had The Phenom running scared.

Unbeaten Davies, 25, said: “He’s all done now and he’s finished at the right time because I was to dethrone him.

“I was considering making my first ever WWE appearance and confronting him but he made the smart move and quit early.”

The Hackney fighter’s choice of entrance music is fitting after he dispatched 12 of his first 15 opponents inside the distance.

Ohara is a relaxed person but become a different animal when he enters the ring

Davies is considering using 50 Cent for his next ring walk
But he is planning on mixing it up as he bids to go 16-0 against another highly-rated prospect in Taylor on July 8.

Asked if he would keep the same music that delighted fans in his last bout, Davies told SunSport: “I doubt it.

“For this next fight I don’t feel like coming out to The Undertaker. I think I’m just going to use a normal song. I’m not dressing all black I’ve got a few other colours in my kit.

“I feel different for this fight I’m going try to be as normal as I can. I’ve got no idea yet but probably 50 cent.

“The Undertaker will definitely come back in one of my future fights just not in this one.”

Flashy Davies stole the show before David Haye’s clash with Tony Bellew clashed after using the iconic tune.

And after obliterating veteran Derry Matthews, Davies explained his unusual choice.

He told SkySports: “I’ve been a wrestling fan since I was a kid – I’ve always loved it,” said Davies, who has taken his professional boxing record to 15-0-12KO.

“Undertaker and Stone Cold Steve Austin were my favourites – Undertaker’s entrance music, with all the bells, was always exciting.

“I’m in the entertainment business, so I have fun with it. Everyone loved it. I got a gown made for me, to make it as realistic as possible.”
